Client case studies

We believe there’s a solution to every challenge, and together we will build it. We’re proud to share these case studies that highlight the collaborative work we have shared with each of these clients, and the outcomes they experienced as a result of our team’s guidance and support.

Nashville Early Education Coalition

COAILITION / COLLABORATIVE

The earliest years of a coalition’s life cycle are critical. Establishing strong but flexible governance structures, creating sustainable collaborative processes, and building trust with partners through values-driven action define this phase. Elevate supported NEEC from its earliest days, coming alongside its leadership to ensure the coalition built a strong infrastructure for sustainable collaboration.

COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION

The Nashville Food Project

The Nashville Community Food Hub Network (NCFHN) is a three-year initiative funded through the USDA Community Food Projects Competitive Grant Program, bringing together three organizational partners — The Nashville Food Project, Brooklyn Heights Community Garden, and Cosecha Community Development — to address food insecurity across four Nashville zip codes where roughly 1 in 10 residents experience hunger.

COLLECTIVE IMPACT

RBIJ Delaware Equitable Hiring Initiative

The Delaware Equitable Hiring Initiative was designed to connect local businesses with historically overlooked talent in Wilmington, Delaware, ultimately uplifting communities with quality job opportunities. Funded by JPMorganChase (JPMC) and Capital One and headed up in its first year by the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice (RBIJ), the project honed in on three Delaware zip codes to train businesses in equitable hiring practices and recruit untapped talent.

The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee (CFMT) sought to deepen connections within its network of grantees through a series of thoughtfully designed convenings. The goal was threefold: to foster community and relationship-building among grantees, to strengthen CFMT’s own relationships with the organizations it funds, and to help grantees develop a clearer picture of their collective service ecosystem — surfacing opportunities for collaboration and shared learning. Elevate Consulting was engaged to help design and facilitate two rounds of convenings between February and September, building on a previous partnership with CFMT around their 2025 Grantee Convenings.

FOUNDATION

Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra

NONPROFIT

Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra (NPO) has been steadily building over the past 20 years, and began 2026 with a strong Executive Director, a deeply engaged and dedicated Board, and a full roster of incredible volunteer musicians. The organization felt ready to begin intentionally growing their scope of programming and engaged Elevate to facilitate a three-year strategic plan to get them there.

NONPROFIT CAPACITY BUILDING

Dan River Nonprofit Network

The Dan River Nonprofit Network had a foundation for their evaluation strategy, but needed support in operationalizing and implementing a data collection plan. They had also recently grown, both the size of their team and the size of their service footprint, and needed some hands-on capacity to make the evaluation process happen.
