More about FLEX

  • Your FLEX Consultant can work on site at your organization’s location or virtually, depending on your organization’s needs and our ability to accommodate travel to your location. This will be determined in our initial conversations and can change if needed.

  • We will establish regular meetings (every other week, at a minimum) and communication with your organization’s point of contact and relevant staff. We maintain shared project plans, making updates as needed, to ensure we’re meeting these goals.

  • Packages start at $2,250 for 15 hours per month. This cost includes all costs associated with a FLEX consultant, including basic technology needed to meet your needs (e.g., Excel, analysis software, virtual collaboration software like Zoom or Miro, etc.), travel within Davidson County, and regular training and professional development for your FLEX Consultant.

    Additional hours can be added, either for your FLEX Consultant or for one of Elevate’s owners/Principals, if you and your Consultant determine that additional hours or strategy support are needed.

  • We will work with you to determine how many hours per month your organization needs. We ask for a 12-month commitment from you, though our relationship can be adjusted or terminated at any point without penalty, with at least 30 days notice.

  • FLEX Consultants are experienced evaluators, hired and trained by Elevate Consulting. FLEX Consultants use best practices in evaluation, and processes developed, tested, and refined by Elevate Consulting over its 8 years of providing these services to nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and other mission-driven organizations.
